2. Subject Combination

Compulsory English is for all the students. Besides a student needs to choose three Elective Papers from Elective English – Economics – History – Political Science – Sociology.

II. BACHELOR OF COMMERCE

a). Accounting,
b). Marketing and Management,
c). Human Resource Management

III. Procedure and Requirement for Admission (B.A. and B.Com.)

Admission to B.A. and B.Com. first year programmes is allowed by the principal on the recommendation of the management during the period notified by the college. The admission remains provisional till the university issues the confirmation of admission and registration of students.Duly filled-in forms with attested copies of certificates and mark sheets are to be submitted in the office on or before the dates notified by the college. Application will not be accepted after the submission date is over.One should read carefully the prospectus before filling up the form and follow the instructions given therein. Candidates are to be personally present for admission. No proxy admission is allowed for any course.

IV. Eligibility

1. Admission is granted strictly on merit, subject to availability.
2. A minimum of 50% marks is required for applying for Admission. (For students from
CBSE the marks of Hindi, Geography and Physical Education are not calculated in the
percentage. Reason – subjects not offerred in the College.)
3. Readmission of students to any course will depend on previous year’s performance of the
candidates (attendance, discipline, regularity, etc.). In case of serious lapses in attendance,
discipline etc., as decided by the Management, the Principal can deny re-admission to a
student into any course.
4. Admission Procedure : Intending applicants are to collect the prescribed application forms
and prospectus from the college office counter and submit the duly-filled in application
form along with attested copies of documents as per the time schedule notified in the form.
Recommendation for admission may or may not be entertained. Interview of student along
with Parent/Guardian will precede the admission of the student to the college. Failing to
appear for Personal Interview and verification of documents will forfiet admission.
5. First Year B.A./B.Com.: Students who have passed the Higher Secondary Examination (10+2)
conducted by the CBSE or any other equivalent examination from any other recognized Board/
University in 2016 are eligible to seek admission to the First Semester of the Degree Courses,
provided that they have passed their examination with English as one of the subject
